HACS Integration updates not working

I am unable to update integrations in HACS

I go into HACS, click the update integration for various integrations that need updating.
Restart HA when the update is complete and the red banner ‘pending restart’ appears
When I go back into HACS to see if the update has taken place it stills shows the update is required?

So far I have tried to wipe the cache in the browser but that doesn’t make any difference.
I have also deleted and reinstalled HACS with no joy.

Does anyone know what is happening / what I’m doing wrong?

Try to go to your integration list and find HACS and click on the 3 dots and choose reload.

That didn’t work, however I have solved this by copying the latest version directly into HA and restarting.
