HACS: manually trigger check for updates

Not sure if there’s a “proper” place to request HACS features as the github repo doesn’t mention anything.

Basically, if I have to update or restart my Home Assistant container for any reason, it’s really annoying that 90% of the time HACS tells me there’s updates to install after the container restarts. This means most times I restart the container I actually have to do it twice to get the HACS updates installed too.

It’d be much easier if I could call a service to check all my HACS repos for updates before I restart the Home Assistant container and avoid a double restart.

Thoughts?
