HAOS does not activate the GPIO port (/dev/ttyAML1) on Odroid C2 for the Z-Wave Razberry controller

Hello to the whole community and thank you to the developers for this software!

I’m new on HA, and i come from Jeedom and i’m having some difficulty installing HAOS on my Odroid C2.

I’ve opened a ticket here: HAOS does not activate the GPIO port (/dev/ttyAML1) on Odroid C2 for the Z-Wave Razberry controller · Issue #4485 · home-assistant/operating-system · GitHub

Here’s the issue I’m encountering.

I’ve installed HAOS for Odroid C2, but the problem is that it doesn’t activate the GPIO port
/dev/ttyAML1

However, I need it to run my Z-Wave Razberry controller.

On Armbian, all you have to do is modify a configuration file, then reboot, test it again, and it works and I can have /dev/ttyAML1, but you have stopped supporting this type of installation.

So I’m trying to use HAOS. Could someone tell me how to activate this port for my Odroid C2 card? I’ve looked through many pages and haven’t found anything conclusive. Sad.

Thank you

Chances are it’s not supported by HAOS.
If it isn’t, basically you would need to run a different OS and put HA in a Virtual Machine or use Container or something else.

The issue you created is unlikely to go anywhere.

Sad. Thank you for your reply.

For the moment, I want to keep my C2 card, which works well.
Changing the OS is really only possible if I take into account the only two modes of installation for HA: Deprecating Core and Supervised installation methods, and 32-bit systems - Home Assistant
