I would like to install HAOS on a pi4 and use the touch screen to see the Dashboard.
Is this possble and how .
I am not really savy with codding
There are some “indirect” ways to do this, but I dot think it is a best practice to use the Pi as Dashboard/Display and Server itself.
EVEN IF you do this, this approach would require you to be a bit more tech savvy than doing the “simple” installations.
But back to topic: if you want to try it out on your own, maybe install raspbian OS with Desktop and do the docker way instllation of Homeassistant or use a VM Hypervisor and access via localhost.
IF you dont know anything of these words I mentioned or if you dont know where to start, dont even bother because you will just demotivate or frustrate yourself to infinity.
Just do
and use a separate display.
