HAOS on Proxmox, second (virtual) HDD is detected as /dev/sdb, but not usable as data disk

Hi,

I’m currently in the process of recreating my HAOS installation, and as it’s running on Proxmox, I’ve added a second (virtual) disk to the HAOS VM, and I would like to add and use it as the data disk. Except, although it is being detected as /dev/sdb, it cannot be used, because ‘no disks are available’.

What can I do?

The disk is listed in HAOS 8.4 as follows:

I’m surprised there are no replies here. I also want to be able to use a secondary disk for “stuff” like camera recording etc and it seems like such an obvious ommision
