Hi all,
I want to install Home Assistant OS on a Raspberry Pi 4. I followed the instructions on Raspberry Pi - Home Assistant, but that way I only seem to get HA Core and I don’t have the Advanced Mode (created a user with admin rights, toggled on “Advanced Mode” in the setting, cleared browser cache, restarted the Pi).
Settings → About says
Core 2025.2.1
Supervisor 2025.02.0
Operating System 14.2
Frontend 20250205.0
After a lot of research I don’t know what to do. Is that the wrong type of installation, or what am I supposed to do to get access to the advanced mode?
All installation types run the core Home assistant application. You also have:
Which means you are running Home Assistant OS.
You did not do anything wrong. You have what you wanted.
Can you explain what you mean by this?
If you visit your profile settings (circle icon with your initials bottom of the left side menu) you should see an “Advance Mode” switch you can turn on.
