HAOS & Raspberry pi missing service

Hello I am very happy to try Home Assistant solution for my home IoT however I am strugling with basic installation,
I have a Raspberry Pi 4 with 8 GB RAM
I’ve tried installation with the Rasberry Pi Imager, Rasberry Pi OS 64 / Rasberry Pi OS 32
on two diffrent SD card
and I can not access home assistant starting page,
I have already tried with

I wait an hour for “pi” to start,
however login directly to ‘pi’ I notice that even ha files are missing
HA Services Status is unrecognized
could id be that something is not starting during the OS start up ?
how should look HA OS when logging directly in Raspberry ?
I will be happy to check any suggestion

It is http://homeassistant.local:8123

dot local. Not colon local.

Did you install Home Assistant?

Choose Operating System → Other specific-purpose OS → Home Automation → Home Assistant:

Note that it is homeassistant.local not :local.
