HAOS Update Assist Request

Greetings,

I am currently running HAOS 15.2 and I hear others chatting about HAOS 16. I did not receive my usual prompt to update my HAOS for 2025.7 and I would like to know how can I update my HAOS please. What are the steps? Is there a link/page I can read up on this matter?

First search the forum for OS 16. If you’re still confident in updating,

ha os update --version 16.0

If you are using a HA Yellow then do not update the OS. The update for this device was specifically removed as it was causing issues. The latest for the Yellow is 15.2 https://version.home-assistant.io/stable.json
