I’m trying to run HAOS on this Acer rb610 machine, but it will not boot from the internal nvme disk, I have tried several different ones.
It runs well when I boot from an external USB-c nvme adapter.
Any body that can point me in the right direction why this doesn’t work ?
Yes, I did that. But I gave up on this machine. I found another machin in my archive. wich is running HAOS perfectly. but it’s a massive overkill. desktop 10.gen i5 12 core
How about trying proxmox? You’ll be able to run some other things on that, too… no harm on trying, right? I ran HA directly on my intel nuc i7, too, but later switched to proxmox. If nothing else i can hard-reset HAOS remotely (so basically simulate haos power off/on), which can’t be done if running haos directly (in case if, say, it totally blocks…)
