HAOS X86-64 unable to launch after first install

I am having some issue’s installing HAOS on my new Asus (windows) laptop.
I created a bootable Ubuntu USB and flashed the HAOS image to the only SSD in the laptop.

First time after loading the image, the laptop was stuck in the GNU GRUB commander.

So I tried again, and this time I removed some old Windows partitions on that SSD. And I recovered the HAOS image again to that SSD.

Now after start-up nothing happened. I went into bios to the boot menu. The boot menu was empty. When manually searching for a boot location, I only found two fixed partitions for recovery.

I tried to format the disk partition again, and after start up I am stuck in the GNU GRUB version 2.12 commander again. Tried to change the boot location in BIOS, but it makes no difference.

How can I fix this and start HAOS?
