Shelly Dimmer 0/1-10V PM Gen3 would likely work.
But you should verify if your fan is designed for sourcing or sinking type control.

I also found a few other types that I’ll pickup in case the functionality is comparable and will share results if they work.
This worked out very well. I’m now controlling a VFD for a 3Ph pump and 2 sets of EC fans with perfection. Shelly is a really good app and the 0/1-10V PM Gen3 has great functionality.

Beyond the app, you have all the functionality also on local webserver, so using shelly app or not is our free choice.
