I’ve searched quite a bit and not finding how to expose / use Harmony Hub actions as triggers.
I need to trigger based on… Pause, Play, Stop. I see the Integration exposes Activity changes but I need to detect the state/command changes.

The harmony hub can send commands, but does not know the state of the player it operates. I also do not think it sends events when the hub issues those commands when coming from the physical remote.
Your best chances are to look at integrating the devices it operates as media players, and look at the state of that.
