Glad to share my exact wiring to date with Harmony however I basically have my Harmony Hub setup and controlling my TV, Xbox 360, Denon Receiver, and NVidia Shield TV Pro (2019). So that’s great I have everything I can control by remote or thru my phone. Nothing requires the remote to turn on, the Hub can control everything itself.
I know there are a few other potential paths.
- Enable the Harmony Hub Alexa Skill
- Integrate the Harmony Hub with HA
- Maybe this exists, integrate with HA and then extend to Alexa?
Should be noted I have a lambda integration so can expose things from HA to Alexa. Ideally like to have have to say “Ask Harmony to…” if I don’t have to which the Lambda integration gives me for other things.
Can anyone share what my next steps should look like? In the end I want to be able to control my TV and components from the remote and Harmony app, which I’m already doing, but also thru HA and Alexa.
So maybe it’s the Harmony integrates with Alexa with it’s skill and HA is totally separate but not sure and hoping someone can give me some insight in how to proceed.
