Has 2023.06.1 been released?

When looking at my HA Settings menu yesterday, I’m sure I saw a note saying HA version 2023.06.1 was available for download. I know I did as when I clicked on the “Release Notes” link, I was taken to a site where the update was shown. I didn’t install the update yesterday because I wanted to read the notes, specifically “Breaking Changes” before doing so.

This morning the note indicating an update didn’t show up. What’s going on! Has 2023.06.1 been released or not?

You will see the building action live here, when it starts. No activity there right now. Mostly it happens in late evening hours european time.

Maybe you mix it up with the supervisor update (Version 2023.06.1) which was released two days ago?

The Home Assistant Core 2023.6 update (and also 2023.6.x updates) has not been released yet.

You might be right! Looking at “About”, I see the Supervisor is at version 2023.06.1. I’m sure I didn’t update last night. Will Supervisor update on it’s own?

Yes, supervisor updates are installed automatically

It’s a special feature for the impatient :stuck_out_tongue:

normally I’m not interested in the .0 release. However this one has a fix I’m waiting for 4 months already, impatience had a ground to grow

The way the build process works was changed this month, it’ll take longer now (but I think the devs said it will be a more stable process as well). They’ll likely find some optimizations to speed it up a bit in the future.
