Has anyone else had any problems with the IKEA Klippbok water leak sensor and false positives?

I have an IKEA Klippbok water leak sensor that I bought a few months ago. I wanted to test before I set it up, and for a few months, I’ve been getting false positive notifications. It’s sitting on a desk nowhere near a water source. Has anyone else had an issue like that?

I have 2 of these and they work fine.

I’ve been wanting to get some for some time but they’ve been perpetually out of stock where I’m located.

Lets check battery. I’ve experienced few times already that IKEA battery powered sensors (at least PIR) report false positives regularly (like every few hours) when they approach low battery level.

I only have one of these, but not had any false alerts in the 4-5 months I’ve had it.

I have two and they are on a basement floor that likes to sweat (I have to run a dehumidifier) and I haven’t had any false positives at all.
