Thanks @KevP (and welcome!) - yes these devices can be a nightmare! I am now fine with adding these to HA using the BG app and can get them working with HA and Alexa etc. BUT every time HA reboots you have to repeat the process of removing and re-adding which is a pain! So I will investigate the process of adding them direct to the Broadlink app but that is proving a little difficult (wifi range? Wifi repeater? 2g vs 5g?) and I need to find some time to play but it is freezing outside ATM so will wait for warmer weather! If only BG had the ‘unlock’ feature in their app all would be fine!
