Has my ConBee2 just died?

Hi All!
I am facing a strange issue with my ConBee2. It just stopped connecting to any PC -tried on Debian, Ubuntu and Win10.

I have a setup with HomeAssistant and Zigbee2mqtt (both contenerised) working on old laptop with Debian 11. It used to work for over two months without any issues. Yesterday it was moved for a while and then I lost all ZigBee devices in my HA. It was not the first time I moved the PC.

I had a quick look to see what happened. Dmesg reports strange behaviour:

I tried connecting to another USB port and using extension cord. All same.

I plugged the ConBee to another PC -dmesg looks the same.

I moved it to a Win10 machine with a hope I will be able to update firmware, but without success.
Windows keep connecting and disconnecting the USB device and shows warning messages.
GCFFlasher does not see the the device.

Any idea or shall I order a new one? Is there any support from Dresden Elektronik?
