Has my HACS wrong version?

Hi,
My HA (Green) has core 2026.8.3 and OS 18.2
For me it’s looks as my HA installs the wrong version of HACS (1.3.1).
Is is the wrong version and how can I upgrade to the correct one which I think should be 2.0.x

Uninstall the old version you have and install the 2.0.5?

but how do I do install 2.0.5 from HA. I am new on HA and this is a new area for me.
