HASS.Agent for Windows: Change local sensor refresh rate / trigger refresh

Hello everyone,

(sorry for my english, I am no native speaker)

I am using HASS.Agent for a couple of tasks on my Windows machine and like the tool quite a lot, because of its capabilities, but there is a question that I wasn’t able to find an answer to on the internet. So maybe you could help me out:

I have a local powershell sensor running, that reads out a log-file to get the current status of a running backup process on my Windows machine and sends it over to Home Assistant so that it can startup and shutdown the NAS the backup saved on and send notifications to the Windows machine, which I automate via Home Assistant automations.

My question now is: is there a way to change the update rate of this local sensor from the Home Assistant automation? My idea is to have the refresh rate set to maybe 1 minute most of the time and raise it to 5 seconds for example as long as the backup is running so that Home Assistant receives more status updates doing this process.
Another option would be (if it is possible with HASS.Agent) to directly trigger a refresh from the Home Assistant automation, when it is needed.

Do you guys have any idea how I could achieve that?

Thanks in advance for your help!

PS: do you guys know what happened to the HASS.Agent documentation? Parts of it seem to be offline, which is quite a bummer. For example if you click on one of the four big buttons on this site: Home - Hass Agent Documentation
