Hass.io System Log Errors: Suspect they're temporary during boot?

As everything NodeRED appears to be working correctly, I’m suspecting that the following error occurs only during boot up as a result of NodeRED not yet being up and running? Just making sure, if anyone knows. I only posted it once, but it repeats about 6 times before appearing to work.
