If you are on a Mac (I tried this on a macOS 10.15.1 Catalina system, where "diskutil list” showed the sd card as /dev/disk2 (external, physical)) and install osxfuse and ext4fuse per disk utility - Mount Ext4 on El Capitan - Ask Different then you want to mount /dev/disk2s8 to find it.

I was able to resolve this issue by expanding the HDD size in Hyper - V.
