Hassio SDcard clone 64gb to new 128gb - not work

Hi
I try clone my SDcard . I have hassio now into 64gb card

I used Win32DiskImager to create image
After that i used Win32DiskImager to write the 128gb card . The process complete with successfully .
When i insert the new SDcard to RPI its not work.

But if i write the HA to same SDcard size (64GB) its work.

what the problem ?
