Winter is coming So I just checked my Hcalory diesel heater in my shop.
Whilst doing this wondering if there would be an intergration into HA.
Thanks for building this ! I just installed the intergration but I have no success in getting this to work and see others in Github reporting issues too so wondering what the status is of this project.
I was able to install the integration but my Hcalory heater is not found even though I have a functional bluetooth proxy nearby (within 3 meter aka 9ft)
I checked the github page and I verified I have the same controller / display as @Badabinski further more I am running HA on the latest version aka 2025.9.1
The Hcalory Phone app is working so all on the BLE side seems to be fine.
I’m using the latest updates for HA and esphome. Flashed my esp32 with bl proxy. Downloaded the Hcalory-ble integration but when i click on add integration and select Hcalory it flags this error.
Error
Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble
any suggestions or ideas to check. When i look at the logs nothing is connected to the proxy. I can connect using the app from my phone and control the heater. All of this is sitting on the dinning room table so range shouldn’t be an issue.
wanted to add found this in the system log. something to do with bleak?
