Heater overshooting out of nothing

Hey there,

I have a Problem with my Heater. More precise with the Bosch Thermostat. Out of nothing the Room Temperature is overshooting. See the Picture. Did you have any idea what’s the reason for it? Happens multiple times a week, sometimes even multiple times a day.

It looks like it’s the sun doing it.
Is this the thermostat we are looking at?
It usually shows orange when it was heating, which it does not.
