HELP! Can't delete Tuya integration

Hi, I was trying to setup a Tuya integration for some power meter with clamps. Unfortunately, both of those I bought do not work and I would like to delete the integration.

Each time I restart my HA instance, this message comes up and asks for QR code scan:

Even if I approve it, then delete the integration, at next restart it comes back again! :cold_sweat:

Any idea?

Hi, do you have any devices configured already or entities that use this integration.
If so, you have to delete those first.

Nope not using it anywhere unfortunately…I created the integration and linked with the account.
Didn’t have the chance to use the entity anywhere because it’s not working.

  • Used to access Tuja app via Google.
  • “Forgot password” and resetted it.
  • Logout/Login in mobile App.
  • Authorized again QR code in HA
  • Restarted HA, no more need to re-authenticate (at least)
  • Deleted retrieved hub within Tuya integration
  • Tuya core integration deleted itself because of no longer entities were available
  • Restarted HA and everything is gone successfully.

What helped me was resetting mobile app password and re-pair QR code in HA.
