Help- Crash

After running for two plus years, my Home Assistant crashed. The hardware (A Raspberry Pi 3b) seems to be OK because I can boot Raspian from another Micro SD).

I have been cloning the Home Assistant Micro SD every six months just in case of such a crash.
Now, it’s happened.I replaced the Micro SD with the prior clone, and restarted the Pi. After a few seconds the Home Assistant logo shows on the HDMI monitor (still plugged in from the above test).
I can ping the Pi at 192.168.1.128, but I can’t open http://192.168.1.128:8123/ .

Any ideas?

Another update. From the Hass.io tab, I can’t start or uninstall Samba or SSH.
Any help would be appreciated.

I give up. Reinstalling everything. (I have a week to kill).
