Help with automating aquarium

Have 2 projects I’ve been working on all day and have got zero accomplished. Tried writing in native, yaml, blueprint search, and chatGPT…nothing…

  1. would like to mimic cloud cover to the aquarium - random time of say 1sec-1min with a random brightness then after the automation is complete have the light return to its original brightness
  2. would like to capture the led color of one set of string lights and make the string lights at the aquarium match
    Im going to chalk this brain fog up to too many christmas cookies

This should be under “Configuration” not “Blueprint Exchange”

You should post what you have already done (you are more likely going to get a response), But it shouldn’t be that hard (Depending on the detail required).

You will need to use a “time delay”, with a Jija2 template using the “random” function.
