Help with errors

Hello I am quite new to Home assistant, I have had all my lights and some switches valves etc, all controlled by Tuya but I would like to eventually have all my devices controlled locally with out using cloud.
But for the moment as I like to be able to turn devices on and off wit my voice I will be using home assistant cloud that I have found to be good.
So I have transferred a few devices from Tuya to Home assistant and keep getting the following error occur at least twice daily.
So any advice so any advice to solve this problem would be appreciated .

Error for call_service at pos 1: Failed to send request: Failed to send request: <Status.MAC_CHANNEL_ACCESS_FAILURE: 225>

You may need to change your zigbee channel to one with less interference, see: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/faq/#common-error-codes

Aslo som very good advice here: Zigbee network optimization: a how-to guide for avoiding radio frequency interference + adding Zigbee Router devices (repeaters/extenders) to get a stable Zigbee network mesh with best possible range and coverage by fully utilizing Zigbee mesh networking

Hello thanks for you help on this I have fitted a USB extension cable for the Zigbee dongle and have had no issues for 6 days hopefully hat issue is now a thing of the past.
