Hello,
I’m trying to connect an M-Bus Slave to USB module (link to the product: [M-Bus USB module on AliExpress

to my Raspberry Pi 400 running Home Assistant and read data like kWh and that stuff from my meters. However, I am struggling to set it up properly and get the data into Home Assistant.
My Setup:
Device M-Bus Slave to USB module
Raspberry Pi 40 running Home Assistant
USB Port: The device shows up as /dev/serial/by-id/usb-Prolific_Technology_Inc._USB-Serial_Controller_CPBIb116L17-if00-port0
on the Pi
problem:
I cannot read any data from the M-Bus device and am unsure of how to properly configure Home Assistant to read values like kWh and Wh, and all of that, any suggestion on program / integration and how?
I would appreciate any advice or links to documentation that could help.
