Sorry to revive a dead post- can you please share how you were able to link your Ring Outdoor Contact Sensor to HA using Z-Wave? I've asked this in Add Ring Outdoor Contact Sensor to Home Assistant? but have not have any luck accomplishing what you were able to do.
