Help with scraping website

I am trying to scrape a website for parking status. Try to get the text of “Not Enforced”. Seems straight forward but I keep getting unknown? Does anyone see the error in my ways?

That seems to select multiple things on the website. Try something more specific. Maybe div.statusSection h4.ng-star-inserted.
