Hi to use an url inside an Entity

Hi all, i’m new to HA, i have some entity like this:

sensor.giardino_url_dell_immagine_dell_ultimo_allarme

with value the url of a cam, like this:

https://ieu.ezvizlife.com/v3/alarms/pic/get?fileId=20251022165726-G95607574-G95615391-1-10000-2-1&deviceSerialNo=G95607574-G95615391&cn=1&ct=31&lc=7&bn=31_ali-alarm-eu&isDevVideo=0

(this not work i change some data)

this is the last image from my cam, he address change every time because url is time data based, so there is a way to download this image ?

i wanna send and archive these image, but i did not know how to use entity value inside automation…

i need some suggestion.
