Hide location config card when config stored in configuration.yaml

How about hiding location config card when configuration is already stored in configuration.yaml?

I mean, if it’s disabled - do we need it?
If answer is still yes - what do you think about making it some one-liner which could work as reminder.

Talking about this one

Originally, I didn’t think scrolling past it to click Config Check would be an inconvenience. After scrolling past it for the umpteenth time, I realized that:

  • I don’t need to be reminded of where I live.
  • I don’t need to change where I live.
  • Even if I did want to change it I can’t because I’ve defined it in configuration.yaml.
  • It provides me with no value, only inconvenience.

The average user is far more likely to require Config Check, Reload Automations, or Restart Home Assistant than change their location or unit system. Therefore it belongs elsewhere or should be a collapsible section (default should be collapsed).
