Hide or show completed items of a todo list depending on state of boolean helper

I would like to be able to show or hide the completed items of a todo list with a booleand helper in a button card. is this possible and if yes can somebody explain how?

Have two to-do list cards, one with completed items showing, the other with them hidden. Visibility depending on your input_boolean.

Chrome extension called Capture to a Gif. People have also recommended ScreentoGif.
