High CPU usage not consistent

Hi
I’m using Hass OS in a proxmox VM
The supervisor is showing me more than 100% CPU usage (sometimes 200% or 300%) for the core and the supervisor since yesterday (I haven’t made any change in HASS lately)
HASS behaviour is a bit slow, and I cannot update the addons, the following messages appear in the log:

21-10-03 23:23:12 INFO (MainThread) [supervisor.jobs] 'BackupManager.do_backup_partial' blocked from execution, system is not running - CoreState.FREEZE

I also have this error showing up:

21-10-03 21:47:28 ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.homeassistant.api] Error on call http://172.30.32.1:8123/api/config:

I tried restoring a backup but the issue is the same

what is weird is that proxmox is showing me a actual CPU usage of around 10%, which is consistent with the results of the ‘top’ command is hass OS…

HA and supervisor are in the latest versions.

Any idea to solve this?
Thanks

Ok I found the culprit: it was the terminal and SSH add-on which was having a high CPU consumption, however I still cannot explain why there it is not consistent between what the supervisor displays and what proxmox shows…
