High memory usage with Unifi controller addon

Hello,
I have installed the addon Unifi controller version 5.12.35 in a raspberry pi 3B and the ram memory goes up to 80-95%.
I have 3 APs and when i power down one AP the memory goes down to 65%.

Is possible to limit the ram memory usage in the addon unifi controller?

There are memory options in the add-on config.

The 3b has 1GB or RAM the controller needs quite a bit.
