Hikvision camera doesn't work 100% of the time

Hey folks,

I have been trying to integrate a Hikvision camera (DS-2CD2142FWD-I) with HA(0.84.2) running on a Synology NAS (Docker) and found that most part of the times, I lose the connection with the device. The strange stuf, is if I try to acces via browser normally everything works fine (http://192.168.1.64/Streaming/channels/1/picture). Already checked similar issues within the community and other foruns and seems this is a common problem. Nevertheless, I didn’t managed to integrate this camera sucessfully yet, while other cameras are working fine. Notice that the camera is working fine with other sytems (Surveillance from Synology for instance). But not here with HA. To add as well, already check the device authentication and states Basic, so I’m not what else I can do to make this working, any advice will be welcome. My configuratoin below:

I have the same issue with another Hikvision model.
The “snapshot” in HA works, but when I click it to get a large view the image often disappears.
Works fine in Surveillance Station.

I have the same, in the states view it works fine in lovelace not

I would suggest integrating them via motioneye
Simple to set up and works very well.
