I have Hikvision camera and created a linked_motion_sensor to the camera’s Line Crossing sensor to make Homekit pop up notification in Apple TV.
The Integration itself works pretty well, but when watching the live stream on Apple TV, it is very lagging. Checked on iphone Home, the video there is also very slow.
The camera video could be played perfectly in Homeassistant app on iphone.
Also, on iphone or Apple TV, the camera’s rtsp stream could play without any delay in VLC app.
My camera’s rtsp stream is through go2rtc and RTSPtoWebRTC.
Could this two the trouble makers?
