History Stats 3D printer

This has probably been asked before, but couldn’t find it.
I’m using history stats to quantify how many hours has my 3D printer been running. But… no mater what I do its still not showing me the total, it always resets to some number, still have not figure out the pattern…
This is my conf…

 - platform: history_stats
    name: Printer Running Time
    entity_id: sensor.octoprint_current_state
    state: 'Printing'
    type: time
    start: '{{ 0 }}'
    end: '{{ now() }}'
