today I would like to share with you the problem that I have with my Hive thermostat and to ask you for advices, any help etc.
So - summarized - I have two pairs (Hive thermostat and receiver) - SLR2c + SLT3c and SLR1c and SLT3b
Until now - the configuration of SLR2c and SLT3b worked perfectly - connected to my ZHA. All values were synchronized - the HA, receiver and thermostat.
Now the two pairs (receiver + thermostat) are working well for themselve but the HA does not retrieve the correct temperature values - everytime are set to: current temperature 1 degree C and target - something, but not the same as dispayed on the thermostat.
If I change the values from the HA, nothing is changed on the device.
What happened:
I decided to upgrade my setup with the new SLT3c. Just removed the old Thermostat and from the receiver paired the new thermostat.
The outcome is the behavior mentioned above. (wrong values)
Now - I tried to erase the receiver, to install the new one (slr1c), to make all possible combinaions between the two thermostats and two receivers.
The result is always the same - the displayed values are different in the HA from the real one showed on the thermostat.
I can use the thermostat for itself - it works. But the HA can not either display the values, or to change the values.
The following can also be a problem - I migrated the zigbee coordinator - from conbee 2 to conbee 3 during the upgrade.
Now everything after the migration seems to be working - but I just want to mention it.
system:
My HA setup is the last upgraded version.
Zigbee dongle - conbee 3
about 10 routers in the network
about 75 zigbee devices running.
I will appreciate any advice how shall I proceed to resolve the issue.
