Hoe to change the range of a thermostat

I have a thermosttat (Virtual from a Hubitat) that I use for my hot water. Ideally I want the range to be 140 to 165. IT is set to the default of 45 – 95 How can I change these settings?

Use the min_temp and max_temp attributes in your yaml config:

This sounds more like fahrenheit vs Celsius.

I tried to add the Full Example code to my configuration.yaml changeing the min and max settings. I validated the config. I am missing some basic info I assume. How do I use that now. Is there supposed to be a new card? Do I need to restart after changing the configuration .yaml??
