Hi I bought a Home Assist Green back in 2024 and gave it an ital setup. I didn’t have time to tinker with it back then so it lay in a box for 2 years.
I’ve now dug it out and unfortunately I can’t remember my user name and password and need to factory reset.
I’ve downloaded the image but I can’t convert it with Balena on OSX. If anyone could point me to where I can purchase a copy of the image on microSD I would appreciate it.

From what I’ve learned the button recovery only works with the newer units, mine was bought in 2024 and is likely to be the older one.
I have finally managed to find the User name and change the password, forgot the User has to be lowercase and my default one I use for most things has 1 uppercase in it.
