All sensors and data are working properly on my ASUS DSL-AX82U device.
However, data from my ASUS RT-AX59U device, which was previously working without issues, has stopped appearing in Home Assistant. Although both devices are running the original/stock ASUS firmware and are configured identically, no data is being displayed.
Is this issue with the RT-AX59U a known limitation of the AsusWRT stock firmware, or is there a solution for the AsusWRT integration to work properly with this model?
Thank you for your reply. However, I had already done the necessary research before opening the ticket. Researching the areas you mentioned made me think I had missed something, and having to double-check was a significant waste of time for me. Especially considering that time is the most important thing after health these days…

You might be on your own, reading logs, examining code, reading release notices, examining GitHub error reports, checking Python source code, all by yourself.
This Forum !, is not a Support Site, for neither Asus not HA, And You created a Topic not a “Ticket” … a Ticket , is normally the way various Brands call their Support issues, and in most cases is followed up, responded to, AND closed.
PS: Hardly any of the Devs volunteers, which are spending their times creating and maintain integrations/components, are looking at this Forum for “Issues” they have their “Backlog” of reported issues in Github
So with Your frustration and behavior, In a Forum ! , Your future Commends and requests will most likely be ignored, as you apparently doesn’t have the courtesy to speak polite to people trying to help and guide you
NOTE: I have ASUS Router as my main Router( The reason i clicked this Topic ), however i use a Custom-Integration for that, (obviously also asuswrt)
Have you looked in HA, official asuswrt, whether your device is official supported ? , and how these integrations have change over time, during i.e Updates ?
PS: In Github, you can also search for “issues”, and in the integration-page click your integration and in top-right-corner click “Known issues” it will bring you to Github

Hello, I guess when 1-2 people get together and are in a good mood, you think it’s okay to make subtle fun of people who are asking for help. And of course, when you’re told off, you lose control.
However, it seems that even though it’s emphasized that time is the most important thing these days, you lose control and act foolishly in places where people are seeking help. Please, you and people like you should not respond. Saying “I don’t know” about something you don’t know isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of wisdom.
Finally, the elevators in this building were working fine, and this problem started in November. A similar problem occurred in the AX82U in recent months and was fixed with an HA core update, which is why this case was opened.
Therefore, please don’t respond if you are one of those people who, despite what I’ve written repeatedly above, don’t understand what they read and try to make fun of people’s problems, wasting everyone’s time.
Fact is you just post a few pictures, as your “troubleshooting effort”, not showing/telling anything else. ( Wasting other Peoples Time )
