Home Assistant Cloud missing

I have Nabu Casa paid for. Randomly, “Home Assistant Cloud” seems to have disappeared from My Home Assistant OS setup!

The only place I can find reference to it is in the backup section, where it says I need to log in, I try to log in, and it just sits spinning!

Any help please? I even tried restoring back to the previous version but still not there.

I’m afraid I can’t help you with a solution. But I had the same problem last update (didn’t update this week). Nabu casa disappeared, integration where gone. HAOS rebooted itself after some minutes over and over again.

In the end I pulled the power cable and prepared for a backup (ha alsof showed 0 backups). After one final restart it just worked again :kissing:

Only error I got was OpenAi integration so I removed it and had no problems since…

I also notice that if I click “check configuration” in developer tools, it’s just sits spinning.

If I restart home assistant, it appears to reboot as start ok, just don’t have cloud and check configuration just spins.

Tried restoring to a week ago and it still the same. Any ideas / tips please?

Did you try to reboot the host, not just HA?

yes. tried full reboot

Open one of the SSH add-ons, and try

ha su repair
ha core rebuild

i restored to an older version, then restored back and it started working!! stupid thing

Who can help me,
I would like to install Home Assistant Cloud, but I can’t find it anywhere.
Not at settings.
I stopped IPv6, .cloud removed from config, shouldn’t help at all.

I’m sorry, solution: ```

configuration.yaml entry to enable the cloud integration

cloud: :face_with_peeking_eye:

For the benefit of anyone reading this in the future, you don’t need to add cloud: in your config file if you already have default_config:
