I’m running the latest version of Home Assistant and configured some Smatek T6E wall panels. I’n facing connection / time-out issues. Below the screen shots of the messages I get.
Check your Android settings for any sleep features.
Check your Android and access point for ny incompatibility.
It is not likely to be a HA issue.
Sleep features are all disabled. What do you mean by ‘ny incompatibility’? And how to check?
The wall panel is running Android 8.1 and modified by using the Blackadder instructions. The following packages are installed:
- ultra-small-launcher.apk
- xposed-installer-3-1-5.apk
- xposed-v90-sdk27-arm64-beta3.tar
- AnyWebView_1.2_beta.apk
- Android.webview_131.0.6778.39-677803901-arm64-v8a.apk
- io.homeassistant.companion.android_2024.12.1-full-14604.apk
Most of the time, after starting up the wall panel the start of the companion app is successful. But after a 5 - 15 minutes the message appears ‘connection lost. reconnecting…’
Check your router/qp logs.
Maybe a WiFi renew connection or other part of the protocol is not done correctly by one of the parts or a feature is not supported correctly or at all.
