Home assistant core integration generic turn off

I just setup for the first time a few thermostats last night, the first thermostat was added a few weeks back trough the UI, but the other ones couldn’t be added as there was no climate entity for each room, I had to manual add the thermostats trough yaml, also I had to create some virtual switches to reverse the action of the thermostat because I use Normally Open electro valves in my underfloor heating.
Last night when I left the apartment, I only left 3 circuits open, 2 of them don’t have thermostats , the bathroom was set to 22degC and all the other rooms to 16 - 18 degC.

Now when I wake up I found all the rooms temperature was ~21 deg … I don’t understand why as I didn’t setup an automation yet.

Bellow is the last action in the logbook of a few reversed switches that have or no a thermostat linked, the code I have for each thermostat ca be seen in this post How to create multiple climate entities to use with multiple thermostat cards?

When I left the Home assistant core was updating, it took a while, more than 30 minutes so I didn’t wait for it to see it finish …

So, WTH just happen ? Why HA switched off some of the reversed switches ??? Is it a default state that got applied when HA had finally finish it’s update ?
