Home Assistant crashes (reboot) suddenly when access to cameras. Please Help, Going crazy and run out of options

Hi guys, It’s been the hell of a week. Last week, my Home Assistant suddenly started to reboot again and again (In a loop). no changes were made (I’m not sure if some automatic installations were installed)

I’ve been trying to find the problem without luck. I would like to explain what I had installed and what I did so far, maybe you can help me or guide me through another options.

— What I had installed —

  • HA OS (2023.3.5 if I not mistaken) with some addons: node red, File editor, SMB share and Motioneye with 3 cameras (foscam c2m) streaming. Also Alarmo and some irrelevant HACS integrations. Everything worked perfect for a couple of months. Suddenly the system started to reboot in a loop.

— What I did so far —
1 → I reinstalled HA and restore a backup (HA, node red, File editor, SMB and motion eye). → The system started to reboot again in a loop

2 → I restore only the HA core Backup without the addons → The system was stable, I found out the problem was the motioneye addon. Other addons and integrations were running OK at this point.

3 → I configured again the motioneye manually → System stable. The moment I activate the stream via rtsp from one of the 3 cameras → System reboot again.
(I noticed that the system took longer to reboot if I lowered the camera resolution)

4 → I supposed It was a Motioneye bug, so I installed FRIGATE addon → System was OK without cameras configured in Frigate. The moment I configured the camera stream in Frigate → System crashed again.

I Thought maybe it was a system resources error (Procesador Intel® Quad-Core J1900). Maybe after some update, the HA could not handle the streaming of the cameras anymore.

5 → I decided to install Frigate in a separate Server with Openmediavault and docker → Frigate and cameras streaming and running without a problem.

6 → I installed in HA the Frigate integration and the mosquitto broker → Frigate integration works, I can switch ON/OFF the motion detection, snapshots, etc. BUT when I open the camera stream window, the system reboots again. The same with the lovelace Frigate card: When I try tried to add the camera → System reboots again.

7 → Last thing I did was install the ONVIF integration in order to view the cameras stream. On the other hand I left the Frigate integration only for the control of the cameras. (motion off/on, etc) → Onvif integration works good BUT when I tried to view the cameras stream the system reboots again.

After a lot of hours of testing, It’s seems obvious that the problem comes when I try to view the camera streams (I tried several times with different cameras and integrations / addons and the results are the same).

I don’t know why the system crashes when access to the camera streams suddenly and out of nowhere.

I tried everything that passed my mind but I don’t know what else to do.

Anyone with the same problem or who knows the solution? I’m going crazy. Any help would be really appreciated.

thank you very much in advanced.

Rafa

Maybe it’s related: I have a generic rtsp camera and since a time ago my HA crashes and reboots everytime I call camera.record service. Can’t understand why.

No problem when just accessing the stream, though.
