Home Assistant - Dymo LabelWriter 4XL - "File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/raster2dymolw" not available: No such file or directory"

Attempted to add the Dymo LabelWriter 4XL to Home Assistant CUPS and got the following message from the logs:

s6-rc: info: service s6rc-oneshot-runner: starting
s6-rc: info: service s6rc-oneshot-runner successfully started
s6-rc: info: service fix-attrs: starting
s6-rc: info: service fix-attrs successfully started
s6-rc: info: service legacy-cont-init: starting
cont-init: info: running /etc/cont-init.d/cups.sh

All appears well, but upon printing a self-test the job never starts and hangs.

Am very new to this and discovered drivers at the dymosoftware Github, as well as from the official Dymo website, but don’t know how to add these to the Home Assistant server.

Extracted the lw4xl.ppd file and attempted a fresh install, but when completing the steps the printer throws an error with the message “File “/usr/lib/cups/filter/raster2dymolw” not available: No such file or directory”

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Label printers nearly always require some special driver files installed, which makes it impossible to use it with anything but a full standard OS.
