Was looking at my HA when it stopped responding. Doesnt apprea in IP list, DHCP / cable / port are all fine if checked with another device.
It says MAC addr is on the lable but it isnt!
Done the unplug, hold down the buttin and plug back in reset back to factory - no change.
Tried to create a MicroSD card to flash it but when creating the SD with BalenaEtcher it unpacks the image and then Norton stops it due to the image be from the Nabu Casa site being invected with a Trojan
First thing bin off norton its just bloated rubbish that is not needed, just use windows defender. This is only my opinion and some may disagree.
Does your green have a fixed IP address? If not set a fixed IP address on your router?
If you have set a fixed IP in you HA then you routers DHCP may have given that address to another device, so check for the IP you think your HA should be on in The DHCP settings and see if it points to something else.
Plug a monitor in and check what HA thinks the IP address should be.
Check these things and if you can't find it ask again telling us the results from the checks.

Who to trust? Are you infested?
Did you buy your Nortons by clicking a link from an unsolicited email, or from the Symantec website? Is it up to date with current signatures?
What nasty Trojan from NabuCasa is being reported? Please let us know the results of reporting it to them.
