I checked to see if I could access the GitHub servers, and I can. I tried to update using a keyboard and an HDMI monitor, but it didn’t work. I’m considering returning this device; it seems like it has a bad configuration from the factory
About how long does it take to reset? Lights are still on and its been 1 hour.
I don’t know but it should not take an hour.
Nope, unfortunately the error points at ghcr.io, which belongs to Github, but is a different platform. For some reason, you can’t seem to get a connection to that download server.
If you haven’t any ad-blockers in your network, chances are, it will work in a few hours. Not great, but just try it later. 
After two days and one lost SD card, I got it to work. I had to connect it to my modem’s router, not the Wi-Fi router. I tested Home Assistant with a VM on Linux, and it worked on the Wi-Fi router network, so my guess is Home Assistant Green doesn’t like my Wi-Fi router. I lost the HDMI command in the update and can’t seem to get it back.
